How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery orders may have a small handling fee.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also check order status from your account page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at hello@aanvi.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, earrings with piercing posts cannot be returned once worn. Personalised or engraved items are also non-returnable.
Are your gemstones real?
Yes. Every gemstone used in Aanvi jewellery is natural and ethically sourced. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What metals do you use?
Our collection features gold-plated brass, sterling silver, and solid gold options. All metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place — preferably in the pouch or box they arrived in. Avoid contact with perfume, water, and chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain the shine.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, EMI is available on select credit cards for orders above Rs. 3,000. You'll see the option at checkout if your card is eligible.
